Vendor Inquiries

We encourage you to come in person to discuss rental and to show you what we have available.

Rental is on a week to week basis, Sunday only*.  Booths are $50 plus applicable HST.  

If you wish to come for just the day, you must be set up and all aisles must be clear by 10am.  We open at 8:30 am for vendors.  Email us the day prior for availability of space.  Please ask for John upon arrival.  

*We are open Sunday only from 10 am to 5 pm.    

Please be present and on time. We would appreciate it if you'd refrain from leaving early.  It's a poor experience for customers if they come early in the morning or late in the day and all they see are closed booths.  Some of the best sales are made first thing in the morning or at the end of the day!  

Although Haggler's is alarmed and fully monitored, the vendors should carry insurance on their own goods. All aisles must be cleared by 10am when we open to the public.  You may leave your goods, secured in your booth, during the week.  If you intend to leave, please give us 2 weeks notice and you must have your goods out of your booth by 6pm on your last Sunday unless otherwise discussed.  

Vendor permits are only required on certain products, please inquire with the City of Hamilton, municipal by-law department.
